High Intensity Training is the simplicity of exercise science to assist in facilitating your absolute best bodybuilding, health and fitness goals. The principles used in these programs were discovered through gym-tested experimentation and not invented to produce the latest fad.

My name is Paul Becker and I began working-out at the ripe age of 16, I tryed every wrkout program under the sun but nothing worked. It wasn't until a friend of mine suggested that I read a book by Mike Mentzer in which he explained in detail his Heavy Duty philosophy. After this, I saw gains in a way that I had never seen before, I put on approximately 50 pounds, going from a thin 120 pounds on a five foot five inches tall frame to musuclar 170 pounds.

These days I work as personal trainer for those who may need assistance with their overall bodybuilding, fitness, strength training or weight loss goals. You may desire a reduction in body weight, an improvement in muscle mass or need to climb to the next level in your athletic endeavors. Whatever the reason, I can help.
